Central laboratory of the enterprise
Lokomotiv Kurastyru Zauyty JSC (LKZ) was founded in 2009 as an enterprise providing its services in the market for the production of a fifth generation diesel locomotive of Evolution series - TE33A. Today "LKZ" JSC has certificates of the implemented quality management system ISO 9001-2001.
One of the activities of LKZ JSC is the Central Factory Laboratory (CFL), which is accredited in the Republic of Kazakhstan for compliance with ST RK ISO/IEC 17025-2007 under No. KZ.I.01.1223 dated August 18, 2011.
CFL carries out its work on the basis of an accreditation certificate for the declared types of products, which are carried out in accordance with the current Kazakh and international standards and codes.
The scope of accreditation includes: steel sheet products; steel bars; spring and alloy steel; springs, springs and sheets for them; rubber products; plastics; control of welded joints; rails and railroad track components; parts of railway rolling stock and locomotives; diesel fuel; oils; greases; distilled, drinking and cooling water; sand for sandboxes; paints, etc.
Goals:
- guaranteeing to the consumer the quality in product testing;
- objectivity;
- impartiality in product testing;
- consumer protection;
- increasing the competitiveness in product testing;
- Achievement of the respected and stable position in the market of ongoing work on product testing.
CFL structure
The structure of the CFL includes three laboratories:
- chemical laboratory that tests the chemical composition of steels, alloys, coolant, sand, drinking and distilled water, etc.
- physical and mechanical laboratory, which conducts tests on the mechanical properties of steels and alloys, welds, rubber products, plastics, etc.
- laboratory of fuels and lubricants and paints, which tests various types of greases, oils, diesel fuel, paints etc.
Staff
The personnel of the CFL has the necessary qualifications and competence in the field of product testing, according to the declared scope of accreditation.
The responsibilities of CFL employees are clearly defined and demonstrate independence, objectivity and impartiality.
Technical equipment
All three laboratories of CFL are fully equipped with new generation equipment for all types of testing, according to the scope of accreditation.
Today, CFL "LKZ" JSC has the ability to provide laboratory testing services for third-party organizations and act as a subcontractor, according to the scope of accreditation, providing the quality and reliability of the tests performed and reasonable prices.

Automatic analyzer of pour point and cloud point in petroleum products

Coating thickness gauge is designed for local measurement of the thickness of paint coatings
