The main activity of Lokomotiv Kurastyru Zauyty JSC is the production of TE33A Evolution® series locomotive developed and manufactured under strategic partner license - General Electric Transportation company.
The strategic goal of Lokomotiv Kurastyru Zauyty JSC is to create a steadily developing and financially prosperous enterprise, and to conquer the regional traction rolling stock market.
The strategic goal is achieved through the implementation of immediate goals:
- Training and development of personnel;
- Release of competitive and safe products;
- Effective use of production facilities through the development of related industries and attracting non-core orders;
- Reducing the cost of all stages of production.
To achieve the goals set, the management undertakes the following obligations:
- Create a highly productive, tightly-welded team capable to respond in a timely manner to changing market requirements;
- To improve the means of production, technology and organization of work at all stages of the product life cycle;
- Create stable partnerships with customers, suppliers on the basis of mutually beneficial cooperation;
- Systematically analyze customer satisfaction;
- Continuously improve the quality management system in accordance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001: 2008 and increase its effectiveness.
To implement the quality policy, Lokomotiv Kurastyru Zauyty JSC is guided by the following principles:
