2006
During the visit of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the USA, NC Kazakhstan Temir Zholy JSC signed an agreement with GE Transportation on the technology transfer for the Evolution series locomotives production in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2009
July 3 – The ceremonial opening of the plant in the attendance of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the management of NC Kazakhstan Temir Zholy JSC and GE Transportation.

December 7 – The first Evolution series TE33A diesel locomotive assembled in Kazakhstan left the conveyor line.
2010
March – The production of the locomotive platform was launched.

September – The registration certificate of the plant QMS was received from the British Standarts Institution (Great Britain) according to ISO 9001:2008.

December 21 – The enterprise was recognized as the winner in the nomination “The best industrial enterprise” in the “Altyn Sapa” quality competition of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2011
January – the TE33A diesel locomotive passed tests for train work on a difficult section of the railroad profile in the harsh climatic conditions of Yakutia.

Commencement of the implementation of the Supplier Assessment and Approval (NCI) procedure.

August – the central plant laboratory (CPL) received the status of an independent accredited laboratory with the right to conduct tests and issue test reports with the NCA sign (ST RK ISO/IEC 17025-2007 standard).

November – The first stage of certification tests of a TE33A diesel locomotive prototype in the certification system at the Federal Railway Transport was completed.

November – The first export contract for the supply of TE33A diesel locomotives was signed with State Unitary Enterprise Rohi Ohani Tojikiston.
2012
The beginning of the phase II of localization, while the localization amounted to 32% (11 thousand items).

The beginning of the project for the production of passenger locomotives.

May – A model of a TE33A diesel locomotive has successfully passed operational tests in Estonia.

July – An export contract for TE33A diesel locomotives was signed with the State Enterprise National Company Kyrgyz Temir Zholy.
2013
The beginning of mastering the production of bogie frames for KZ8A series electric locomotives.

An export contract was signed with Public Joint Stock Company Ivano-Frankovcement.
2014
Certified in Register of Certification on Federal Railway Transport (FBU RS FZhT)

An export contract was signed with the Ministry of Railway Transport of Turkmenistan.
2015
The beginning of the mastering the manufacture of bogie frames for KZ4A series electric locomotives.

An export contract was signed with Azerbaijan Railways CJSC.
2017
The first export contract for the locomotive platforms for the Australian company UGL Rail Services PTY Limited was signed.
2018
The first contract was signed with Varvarinskoye JSC the private Kazakhstani company for the supply of a TE33AC diesel locomotive.
2019
An export agreement was signed with GE Transportation-Wabtec Corporation and LKZ for the supply of 12 Kazakhstani locomotives of the Evolution series to Moldova.
2020
The first 2 prototypes of the new generation TEM11A shunting locomotive, developed by Wabtec Corporation were manufactured.
2022
An export contract is signed with Wabtec Transportation Systems LLC for the delivery of 4 locomotives of TE33AC series to Mongolia.
2023
August – the 500th anniversary locomotive is produced.
