1. To pay a lump-sum allowance equal to the official salary to employees on resignation due to retirement, 1, 2 group of disability, with 5 or more years of work experience in railway transport and machine building organizations. Depending on the work experience in railway organizations

To pay additional benefits for the full 10 years - in the amount of 17 MCI, for each subsequent full 10 years - to increase the amount of additional benefits by 30%, to increase the amount of additional benefits by 50% - to the employee awarded with the title "Honorary Railroader" or "Honorary Machine Builder".
